UK Shipping
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail. We expect orders to reach you between 3-7 working days.
International Shipping
We estimate that international orders will reach you in 1-2 weeks. Within the EU, orders may reach you earlier. However, please allow up to 2-3 weeks as some orders may take slightly longer. If you have any queries, please get in touch with us.
Refunds, returns & exchanges
As we print your products to order, we are unable to accept refunds, returns or exchanges. Please contact us at highflyingprints@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays that may occur due to customs.
